Products or services purchased through Spirits Magick are non-refundable. All opened or used products purchased through Spirits Magick are non-refundable. Please make sure you intend to order what you've selected before you finalize the order. Please click on the product(s) and/or service(s) and thoroughly read the description(s) associated with the direct product(s) or service(s) you purchase. We do not accept returns for any other reason not related to a mistake on our end. The raw materials we offer are all natural and, as such, may vary in color, consistency and aroma.
The customer agrees to hold Spirits Magick harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of products and services purchased. Spirits Magick does not refund shipping charges. Spirits Magick is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Spirits Magick’s control.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
By selecting the 'Free Delivery' option for any of our physical products, you hereby consent to allow us a maximum of 30 business days to ship your product to you, this time frame excludes the processing period, which varies depending on whether the product is handmade or not, typically ranging from 5 to 14 business days. Your purchase, coupled with the selection of 'Free Delivery,' also implies that once the physical product is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Spirits Magick holds no liability for the carrier's processing and delivery times.
