Refund policy

Products purchased through Spirits Magick are non-refundable. All opened or used products purchased through Spirits Magick are non-refundable. Please make sure you intend to order what you selected before you finalize the order. Please click on the products to read descriptions for each product. We do not accept returns for any other reason not related to a mistake at our end. The raw materials we offer are all natural and, as such, may vary in color, consistency and aroma.

The customer agrees to hold Spirits Magick harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the product purchased. Spirits Magick does not refund shipping charges.  Spirits Magick is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, misdirected or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Spirits Magick’s control.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at abundance@spiritsmagick.com and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product please make sure you contact Customer Support at abundance@spiritsmagick.com to determine if your case is warranted for a return. In the case that your return was approved please mail your product to: Spirits Magick

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
