Shipping policy

Once payment is received, all items ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL (International) - you will have a choice at checkout depending on where you are located if the carrier services that area. 

The processing time for shipping varies between products and services most have 3-5 business day processing time before shipping. Please read the item description for further information regarding processing time.

A tracking number will be provided, once your package(s) has shipped.

For international sales, we are not responsible for items that get lost on international deliveries unless the items have been insured.

Insurance is available for an additional fee.

If Free Shipping, applies to your purchase then we will choose the carrier and the delivery speed of your item, unless otherwise requested by you which in that circumstance the shipping cost will be at your full cost but our processing times for each item will still apply.
